First Monday (Dan Caster)

The speaker for the December 1st First Monday is Dan Caster who spent 8 years in the Air Force and 22 years with the CIA. Dan was deployed overseas for 12 years in a covert capacity. He is now retired as a practicing artist. The program is open to the public and will begin at 7:15.
